【7/31】オーストラリアで有名な Lamington というお菓子を作りました！

 本日は、English の Julie 先生がお休みでしたので、全グループ現地生の通常授業に入り、英語を浴び続けました。タフではあったかもしれませんが、留学終了を目前に、英語に多く振れるいい機会が与えられましたね。

さて、そのあとは Australian Food Activity です！
全グループが調理室に入り、Lamingtonというお菓子作りを体験しました。
チョコでコーティングしたパンケーキを、ココナッツでコーティングした甘いスイーツです！

調理方法が簡単だったこともあり、みんなスムーズに調理できていました！

生徒全員、自分の作ったラミントンを美味しそうに食べていました！

さて、本日の生徒の感想です。

Today, I took the class whose name I don’t know. It was mainly students from the local school, so we played the game “Heads up!” with teachers. It’s a game that you guess what the word on the forehead is. The game is very difficult, but very fun!
In the afternoon, we made lamingtons. It’s Australian sweets.  It was easy to make. Just put a sponge on the chocolate sauce and sprinkle it with desiccated coconut. It was a little difficult because the sponge collapsed. However it was very delicious.
After we come back home, there were some small swans in the lake where is by my house. We fed them, then the two big black swans came. We could see them very close and fed them. I was a little scared of them, but it was very exciting.

I went to school as usual.Our English language teacher was absent, so I took classes with buddy all morning. We took Australian food lesson after I took three lessons with my buddy.First, in the presentation class, I saw what Buddy was doing.Second, the class teacher didn’t come classroom,so I don’t know what I do. Third, in the math class, I asked for various forms of area.It was very easy.In the afternoon Australian food lesson class, I made a snack called Ramington. It was written that it would be topped with coconut, but it tasted better without coconut.

Today is cooking and buddy time.We made Lamington.It was sweet and tasty.I like it.Also,I was given a snack by my buddy,and I gave “fude pen” to my buddy. He was pleased,and I was fun.

The studying abroad of Australia has two days left.Last week,I thought that I wanted to come back home,because I couldn't talk to my buddy and live in a different environment from Japan.However, I am talking a little bit with my buddy in English,so I want to talk more with my buddy.To do that,I should learn more English.

さて、明日はいよいよ最後の登校日です。
午前中は授業→Farewell Ceremony の流れで進みます。
午後はRobina Town Centre でのショッピングです。お土産やホストファミリーへのプレゼントを買う有意義な時間にしましょう！
